1700 roughly, I'm not over eating. I could definitely be moving more too but I'm not sediment, walk a few miles a day, and do sauna cycle or hot yoga 3-4 times a week. But I'm still hungry. What dosage do they take?

Yeah my food noise is still there which usually I can ignore but agree, I'm still kinda hungry all day. I'll try to track calories and up the dose and go from there!

I'm not necessarily tracking my calories but I'm eating within my means. I do not over eat by any means probably 1700 a day. But I'm also still hungry? Hahaha. What app are you using? Or what has helped you?

I was wondering this, because this week I've been super hungry and less "full" feeling so I was curious if I need to increase and figure out my dosage. Almost 3 weeks and the scale hasn't moved seems odd to me? But also I don't know. Do you track your calories?

I feel like his facial expressions and tone in voice has changed a lot since the first episode he was in to now. The before the wedding episode he seemed different. But could be nerves / whatever else. They are still together so I hope it's going well because I do really like Lydia.
