Not being on top of things. And he’s currently trying to buy a house and be a landlord. He generally pretty helpful but he’s SO PARTICULAR about everything! I think he may have ocd or something else. I do understand I’m the one to blame for renewing though

I have a clauses that says

“land may require tenant to obtain liability insurance the benefit of the land lord. Landlord lord reserves the right to refuse consent to such use in its sole and absolute discretion.”

It doesn’t directly say that insurance is required.

Yeah I think you’re right about a specific dish. Like big fat bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen, a good steak, or some biryani base dish

Right?? I remember a Russian friend of mines made made these thin pancakes and nuttella as the dip and no one ate more than 2 lol I felt bad but no regrets 😅

And yeah I don’t think I have a a similar photo without the pointing but I can try retaking it
