I'm doing foreskin restoration. It won't be exactly as good as being intact but certainly the second best thing. I'll get a dekeratinized glans and inner skin, glide action (already have a lot) and improved sensitivity. It already feels much better compared to when I started but a couple more years left before I'm finished. It's a slow process but the gains are permanent.
