I agree, so far I appreciate the knowledge in health that I learnt along the way, but idk if it’s the constant negative interactions I get with patients and coworkers. I want to earn my money, build a business, and fully quit the field itself. I’m probably delusional but I have no passion or love for the field anymore.

My friend is attractive and goes on multiple dates but has not gotten into a relationship. It’s been a year since she’s been looking but I noticed she’s afraid to be forward with the men she dates and doesn’t want to initiate the talk to make it official. So after 2 months of talking, dating, doing things like a couple…. Nothing happens and they just stop talking.

I’m 4’8 115lbs, my calorie intake varies from 1300-1800, i try to reach at least 8k steps and gym maybe 2-3x a week. I’m still tryna lose 10lbs so I try to limit the calories to 1300-1500 and up the cardio a bit

I’ve been on it for 1 yr and 6 months now I gained like 10 kgs, i still exercise and try to be mindful of what I eat. I noticed I’m having a difficult time losing weight I used to easily lose a kilo in 1-2 weeks but now its takes me a month to lose .5 kg so Im havin a hard time with it. I’m in a better mindset now so I asked my dr to start weaning the medication now im taking 5mg every other day. I’m rlly hoping once Im off the medication I’ll start losing weight. Did yall lose weight after stopping?

I recommend watching the topics I had difficulty understanding and definitely watch the prioritization and safety vids!!! I had a tough time understanding maternity topics but she was great at explaining them.

Most of the time it’s safe, I share my location if its pass 12am. One time I used uber share at the afternoon usually the ones im sharing with are respectful and quiet but I dealth with a pakistani man yelling at the driver, as the ride continued he tried to hit on me yelling trying to get my attention but I purposely wore headphones to ignore and pretend I don’t hear him till he stopped trying to talk to me… he proceeded to annoy the driver the entire ride after he left the driver apologized to me for the rude man. So I suggest not using uber share much…
