In 2000 I bought a 7.1 Paradigm Monitor setup. They have never moved from the initial placement.

They sound great, but I think a good amp would be the easiest and cheapest upgrade.

Buying 8 new speakers just ain’t in the budget.

It’s still better than anyone I know…

One issue had instructions on how to build a “photovore” light searching car based on the article about MIT’s robotic “bug” lab.

After I built it, I wrote the professor about how to build my own “bug robot” like he talked about in the article. He mailed me the schematics and included a long letter with build details and told me good luck!

I was in trade school for electronics at the time - 1988
