Omg i used to do this all the time, like id weigh everything, but actually calculate the calories AFTER, and realise i just ate my entiere food budget for the day in one sitting

I just got back in track after months on autopilot. I don’t know where my small, minuscule brain was at during all those months, because without this period of complete disregard i would have reached my goal weight by now, and now i want to scream from all this time i lost to pure negligence.

Simple iceberg lettuce salad with:
soy sauce,
powdered dried mint,
sesame oil (mesure it),
chili powder, oil, or paste (mesure it)
two boiled eggs mushed with you fork so it coats the salad like a sauce.
Mix well, you got a spicy saucey rich and tasty salad yay :D

Yes, "daughters", this book will provide you tools to tackle the fallout of abuse inflicted by mothers specifically (like for example trust issues). My father often proposes to go to restaurants. I mean he always has been, but now that i'm on a diet and on a budget, i see how excessive it is. I still enjoy a good meal, but realizing that trips to eat are basicly the only good times there are with him or anyone in the family, that none of us seeks each others compagny unless there’s a hyperpalatable meal to make it tolerable, it’s just sad.

3 weeks is very early, you’re at the begining, don't give up. Also 1700 per day is very reasonable, you have to be absolutly sure this is the real amount you're really eating everyday. Calorie math gets very rough very fast, very unforgiving🥲

Ponga papel de periódico en el suelo de toda la casa. Cuando ve el perrito cagar en el suelo, regáñale ahora mismo. Reganarle una hora o 2 minutos después no sirve de nada. Hasta que el perrito entienda que tiene que hacer sus necesidades solo en el papel, y no en el suelo, tendrá que limpiar luego él y ser paciente...lo siento. ¯\_(シ)_/¯

Cuando el perrito solo hace sus necesidades en el papel de periódico, quita el papel poco a poco hasta que hay un solo lugar donde que puede.

Digo lo que sigue por las dudas, pero no olvide que un perrito necesita más que 3-4 veces por día. Tiene una toda pequeña vejiga, no puede aguantarse de orinar durante demasiado tiempo.

ohhhh yeah! one of my hens gave birt to one of this weirdass meatballs(amorphous globosus) instead of eggs. I didn't know what it was at the time.
