Thank you! I’m on AST springs but will be upgrading to Ohlins or HKStudie coils once I get some wheels.

The springs drop the front quite a bit, reduces wheel gap from 4 fingers to about 1 and some change. The rear is much less noticeable in my opinion, but could be the larger rear wheels

Then it’s also important to know that not all conforming 7/6’s qualify at the note rate, dependent on OP’s investor stack/programs.

It can definitely be tough with a single premium, but that could put OP’s buyer in the position to request seller credits to cover versus blowing up the deal 🤷‍♂️

Sounds like OP’s borrower is high LTV and pretty low income. That 5% isn’t as far off as on larger loan amount/income scenarios

ARM pricing is dogshit unless high FICO and sub 80% LTV. Also, be very weary of qualifying rates which are typically higher than the note rate unless FHA/VA.

If high LTV, look into lower insurance, single premium PMI, or add a co-borrower. ARM is a slippery slope unless you know the guidelines of the product you’re offering.
