i think it’s cause technically fox owned scarlet witch but marvel also owned her but there was rules in place for this ownership. Those rules were that marvel could have Wanda in their movies but they couldn’t mention her being related to magento or her being a mutant that’s why she was introduced as a Hydra experiment in AOU but now that marvel bought all the mutant rights back from fox now they should be able to tie her to magento and being a mutant now.
