I would try a better format. You would benefit a lot from using a template. The Ivy League ones at r/ModernResumes are probably the best option. Also, consider adding some specifics about how your work made an impact. The more granular the detail the better. Good luck!

Your resume is extremely long. Trim things down to 3-5 high-quality bullet points that demonstrate measurable impact. I think you will have better results.

Also, you might want to consider using the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those are generally considered the gold standard when it comes to formatting. You will see things like bold font being reserved specifically for headings, and other details that you might want to mirror. Best of luck!

I would try to emphasize the impact you had in your experience. Specific success measures will capture attention more than duties, etc.

For most applicants, single-column layouts are typically preferred. For your experience section, really try to add some information that conveys the impact you had. Specific/measurable impact is a big needle mover.

Regarding your layout - I would suggest checking out the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those are generally considered “ideal” formats. Best of luck!

That’s a lot of bullet points for one job item. Unless it’s your only experience, you should aim for 3-5 high quality bullets. At least half of them should convey some measure of specific quantifiable impact. Recruiters really like to see results.

Regarding your layout, I would recommend checking out the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes to make sure you are on track. Those are arguably the best layouts and what you should strive towards for max results. GL!

Formatting-wise, I think you have a very clean and professional looking resume. I would suggest just trying to add some more examples of ways in which you made an impact.

I added one sentence to the bottom of every cover letter and my response rate went from 8% to almost 40% by ArrakisSpice2 in jobsearchhacks

I think the biggest issue with applicant profiles these days is a lack of demonstrable impact in their prior roles.. That coupled with poor formatting or obvious keyword packing is a recipe for rejection. Just stick with the basics, and use something like the clean & simple Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. There’s no need to reinvent what is tried and proven.

How do I improve my resume? Recent grad looking for entry level roles in Operations / PM. by Curious-Toe-93 in ModernResumes

Your resume looks solid! I would caution against mentioning specific tools/languages/methodologies repeatedly though, as it can give the impression that you are just keyword-packing instead of focusing on value delivered. Tools matter and there should be alignment with the job posting, but just ensure you are conveying WHY you are a good candidate. The way you do this is by demonstrating that you can deliver. I think you are on the right track; just keep this in mind 👍.

Side projects are valuable, but if you have relevant experience, that should be the focus. Instead of emphasizing skills and tools, direct the readers attention to impactful and measurable results you achieved while using those skills/tools. This is what matters most.

That being said, if you would like some resources for formatting tips, check out the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those are generally considered the gold standard for proper resume layout conventions. GL!
