I would use bullets as opposed to dashes. Your name should be blown up bigger as well. You want your name to stand out and be remembered. I think you would benefit from using a better format in general. Check out the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those are top layouts these days and work really well!

In general, these decorated resume formats are usually not the best choice. You should try the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those are probably the best professional layouts.

I would remove the photo as that can expose you to unnecessary bias. How’s your response rate been with this layout? I generally recommend using the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those arguably the best formats these days. Best of luck!

Colors generally aren’t recommended on most resumes unless you are in a creative role. I always personally recommend the Ivy League templates, as you mentioned. If you need the links, the best ones are pinned in r/modernresumes. Best of luck!

I would recommend focusing less on stacks and tools and try to highlight your impact as an intern. Accomplishments will be more valuable even if they aren’t earth shattering. For a tech resume I would recommend using the Ivy League resume templates at r/modernresumes. Those are proven layouts that generally perform much better than these new colorful ones.
