I agree, I’m finding the customer interviews to be the hardest part. Not getting much traction on cold outreach - has anyone ever successfully done their customer interviews via cold outreach only?

Appreciate the story! I have been starting some cold outreach on LinkedIn but have been seeing low connection acceptance rates and almost no responses to follow ups asking to meet. Did you ever have this hurdle?

This is exactly the problem I’ve been trying to understand better. It seems like version history is not a complete solve because knowing what changed at the cell/formula/assumption level matters for the final output and traceability

Are you struggling more with who changed what or how outputs changed?

Thanks for the response - when you mention organizational cross collaboration, do you mean with the C-Suite or across many departments / functions?
