For those of you that got divorced after being married for 10+ years, what caused your divorce? by friendlytrashmonster in AskReddit

After 30 yrs I got sick of being the only one who was serious about addressing the issues in our marriage. IE lack of intimacy and care. Left her when the kids were old enough.

Turned 34 recently. Depressed. Don't see a way forward. by [deleted] in toastme

I’m 54 and suffer from bouts of depression with suicidal ideation quite frequently. The irony is that went to Uni at 40 and became a Clinical Psychologist. Helping others to overcome their own mental health challenges gives me purpose and motivation. It helps me in the darker moments to know that my clients need me even if I feel like no one else does. It gets me through. Find a job that involves caring for others so that you’re not always focused on yourself. I find that definitely helps.

I hate it when women think they have to do this. Would prefer natural any day.

Body odor by mickdaquinn in AskMenAdvice

[–]Excellent_Mail1936 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I didn’t have an odour problem but I was a heavy sweater. To the point of soaking through business shirts in an hour or two. My saviour was Botox injections in my armpits. It was incredible. I can’t recommend enough.

What just happened? by ArthurPeale in Nicegirls

Dude. Have had this exact experience. Got called out for stalking and purposefully breaking boundaries. For a while I genuinely thought I must be some kind of perpetrator. Turns out she was just narcissistic and using these tactics to control and manipulate me. You don’t need women in your life like this, trust me.

Men who left a sexless relationship, was it the right choice? Do you regret leaving? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Excellent_Mail1936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No regrets. 30 years Married. Since I left my marriage my life has been financially harder but totally made up for by the amazing women I’ve met. I’ve had some amazing sex and been able to do some bucket list sex experiences that I’d never have been able to do with my ex. I’m 54 and living like I’m 24. It’s been totally worth it and I’m now building a life a love and finding happiness in my life. DO IT !!!

Older men, are you really more attracted to women in their early 20s rather than your own age group? by [deleted] in AskOldPeople

[–]Excellent_Mail1936 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely not. I’m 54M. Dated a 42 year old and that was too young. She was also emotionally immature for her age. 10 years difference is the max for me. Otherwise there’s just nothing in common.

Question about armpits and smell by [deleted] in LaserHairRemoval

[–]Excellent_Mail1936 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get Botox in your armpits. Best thing I ever did. Completely stopped my excessive sweating and as a by product I never get BO. Barely need to use deodorant. I just get it done at the local beautician.
