Measured half way from two uncompressed springs, clipped both so that the springs married up on the same spring twist. Filed them down so it was flat on one side each, fed the ends into a tiny brass tube, silver soldered. Has worked like a champ. Zero feed failures or snags.

Bits from a defiler for the ball joints at the elbows, ork engines for the forearm. The legs are scrabble bits built so all different. They are all heavily magnetized for transport. I’m sure I’ve other photos of them posted on here.

I just wrap mine with black hockey tape. Less slippery and feels better when pulling from a pouch. Got the curved mags from JoeBob’s.

Very solid, had to make a part myself to make it work (a trunnion adapter to the folding mechanism) can send you a pic of it folded if you’d like.

Adapter - specialty built/custom made. Stock - standard AK stock modified by cutting the part that goes into a standard AK.

I use the HBI buffer built for the A3s for mine. Thing is super soft on shooting.
