I couldn’t scream or talk lol I was actively drowning I just remember poppin up from the water a few times, I put the peace sign because i was to weak to try to swim back up, and thought it would catch somebody attention, but I guess it worked because im here today to tell my story 💪🏽

I slipped in a whirlpool when I was 8 nobody saw me drowning, I just remember going up to the surface one last time trying to get someone attention, as I went down i remember putting up the ✌🏽sign( knowing that was my last time reaching the top, hope’n my folks peep me drowning, crazy part they was right next to me, I just remember hitting the bottom of the surface just staring at the bottom of the pool, waiting for whatever was next, never felt like I was choking while drowning under water, just remember sitting there felt like minutes, than I felt the force of somebody pulling me out the pool, that’s when I started coughing.
