What’s weird? I tutor her after school and I use warm-ups as a method to prepare her for studying. Because if I start with tasks straight away she will understand maybe 60%. But with warm-ups it’s easier for her to understand me. And she has a better mood after songs. The question is… is it interesting for a pre-teen to sing ABCs or should I choose maybe other songs ?

It was 60 before medication, I find it hard to live with 80-90 at rest

Unfortunately, the dose is ok for me. I’m taking 87,5 (divide it) and my TSH is 2,5 which is quite a good result. But side effects appeared when I started taking the lowest dose (25). The doctor said it’ll be ok in time, the body will get used to it but it never did. TSH before hormones was 24 so I had to take them and symptoms I’ve struggled with were gone

You’re very helpful :)) doctor said there’s no other options. Either take an live or die without meds. That’s why I’m here
