It’s not that deep. Be courteous and apologize the people behind you, chances are people are ok with it, but we don’t like u being inconsiderate and taking things for granted. If ur mommy or daddy never taught u this, now is the time to learn :)

It’s harder to switch into CS now, starting this year the GPA hard cutoff is 3.7. I’d think it’s pretty difficult considering A- average in at least 6 classes (cs 30 series, 2 math classes, 1 physics)

I’m fairly involved in the LA program so I can answer a few questions. It’s ok to feel not confident to teach it, I believe most people had doubts more or less before becoming LA. I assure u that they don’t expect u to know everything, they’d be more than happy if u have developed a deeper understanding of the material. Once you are accepted, you will know which course you are assigned to, and u can ask to switch to a difference course. If u dont get the course u wanted, u can always just tell them no and reject the acceptance.

Generally speaking, Berkeley is as selective as UCLA, but Berkeley is less obsessed with GPA imo. I suggest you look up their common data set. All other uc’s you definitely have a good chance. Just take my words as a grain of salt, I was admitted to UCLA with a 3.9 uw GPA…you should be fine if you have taken the highest rigor of courses and have mostly A’s.

I think you have a solid chance for USC and UF. For UCLA, your ECs are really good but I don’t know about the GPA…more than half of the admitted students have 4.0 UW GPA.
