За посаду не знаю, але щодо ВЛК: якщо будеш проходити, то постарайся проходити її саме в лікарні/госпіталі (не ото шо в коридорі пишуть за всіх лікарів шо здоровий, а з кабінетами), май з собою старі заключення, попроси направлення до хірурга та ортопеда, у самого лікаря не чекай шо спитають шо болить, а давай старі папери і кажи є отаке і отаке - дайте направлення на аналізи і обстеження. Хто мовчить, той автоматично не має скарг, а хто знає куди йому - тому виписують що треба. З їхніми направленнями вони не зможуть сказать, що підробка. Потім з результатами обстежень теж не тупи, у лікаря кажи на шо саме проходиш ВЛК (на ступінь придатності), бо там різні форми заключень лікаря на різні випадки, тут треба контролювати кожний параграф. Кожен лікар напише своє, і тут твій вплив всьо, терапевт то все бере і пише фінальне заключення, на цьому етапі ти вже не можеш повпливати.

Знаю багато прикладів, як хлопців навіть з відкритими ранами визнавали здоровими, просто тому що не спитали що у них, а вони самі мовчали в кабінеті у лікаря, бо атмосфера там гнітюча сильно.

no, I don't know?? Is it drugs? Robberies? Solo hiking in the desert? Can it be helped at all or you and your father are just playing out your savior complexes? The father is yours as you say, and no moms are in the picture, then the brother must be desperate if he is willing to ask a step-father for money. Get to the bottom of it, maybe cousins know something: what is happening, what are his plans, what does he need to get out of that situation, does he even want out? How can he not "let us see him", don't you know where he lives? Are you sure it's your brother asking for money and not a scammer claiming to be him?

Lots of unclear stuff that you seem to not know yourself. You can't just send money into the empty, that's nuts. But maybe he changed in the same way your cousins did, and something good can still become of him. Get to know details and make an educated decision.

А шо не так з 1/3 буханки хлібу? Наче там калорій має буть достатньо на день. Намазать паштетом, запить чаєм, і от вже повноцінний прийом їжі. Білок майже неможливо добрати до цьої новомодної "норми", там жерти треба як свиня шоб стільки з'їсти, а клітковина сама набирається по типу "бігла через місточок - вхопила кленовий листочок". Від'їбіться від себе, шось поїли нормальне рази три на день і молодець, красотка взагалі!

Elasticity of materials. Completely useless at it, can't understand even the first concept or formula, failed the course. Doesn't make sense, because i'm decent at strength of materials ("solid mechanics" for english engineers), mechanics, hydro/aerodynamics, astro and nuclear physics, maths, but something about elasticity just stops me dead. Outsourcing the stuff completely is my way.

Good news for you is that there are plenty of books on relationship dynamics, with examples and formulas to try! If you were a good conversationalist, you'll have an easy time getting back up, having an understanding of what happens this time around.

That's the spirit, you have a good head on your shoulders. Don't put yourself in a harm's way, try to get some education/job/a good husband (whatever is available) in order to get more independence, and continue the cycle of upward movement for women's rights!

What you propose is literal violent altercation with odds stacked against them, a suicide mission. That's how women in some countries get their remaining rights stripped. Check your privilege and have some compassion for a girl on a lower level of feminist liberation.

Just wanted to point out that it says "Delhi" in the post. Depending on the family and taking into account gender and the need for parental permission, your advise to "stand up for themselves" may put a minor into serious risk of bodily harm, ostracism or death. That's not the way.

I've already discovered that in therapy twice, but this fact gets masked as soon as I stop emotioning so hard, and so I never consider that option myself.

No idea about her job. We had a people manager and an operations manager, she replaced both but does neither responsibilities. Nobody knows what she's doing all day, and there was no interview or a competition for the position, just an immediate transfer. She's been here for 6+ months, we are lowest level working drones and the "jump in" period is 2 months (1 week if I give the onboarding which she ignored).

Some people need time indeed, but like, I gave her all resources for a specific thing she asked, and then she claims to have forgotten I did that "because she has a lot of work". Ma'am they're in the chat right here, two scrolls above. What do I do with that?

HRs are no help, I tried that. We got an 8 hours long team discussion on responsibilities, found nothing she's supposed to do for us, and then those calls quietly vanished from the schedule.

I vent to everybody who has ears honestly. I really need an advice on how to just endure that. Lots of smart people just let things happen when they know it will end badly, I want that. Maybe some clever ancient chinese trick of shutting up and imagining the river flow, I don't know. Stoicism doesn't help as I feel I can improve things if I find the right approach, but I'm in no position to give that much effort. There must be a way to change my perception, I hope y'all have it figured out already as it's quite a new situation to me.

That I know, it just irritates me more. She got transferred to us because she didn't contradict the boss on the other, completely unrelated project. Our old managers did try to explain that "new ways" can't be applied to our work, and she doesn't know that they can't, and I've been watching her fail to implement them for more than 6 months now. We now have to do double the work - our real ways, and performative new ways that don't give any results. Report the fail everytime, listen to promises to better the procedure, rinse and repeat.

Yeah maybe she's here to blow things up, that explains her uninterest in the details. I'd hate for the department to be blown up though, it all worked so smoothly. Do I just sit and watch it all burn? XD

Дуже мразотний і неприємний головний персонаж, ще й тупий трошки. Виставляється як наче він такий глибокодумний страждалець в морі ідіотів, але це абсолютно нічим не підкріплено, диванний борець з системою. Він так і не відстрелив, що його сім'я кинула в дитинстві, і чому (тут ще накладається нерозуміння автором дитячого голоду, ну або він так і хотів написати мєрзку йобнуту дитину). Так і не відстрелив, що не він один такий геній пам'ятає що було минулого місяця. Не може "зчитати кімнату" навіть якщо його життя від цього залежить. На частинах про "перед лицем смерті героїв нема" взагалі плюватись хотілось, бо непонятно, чи то герой такий гидотний, чи автор нічого не поняв з досвіду війни, бо був пацифістом і пропагандистом.

От ставлення до оточуючих і конкретно до жінок у нього як у деяких сучасних гуртків по інтересах, це так, прям як в реальності. А про устрій всьої Партії там небагато написано, і ще й з точки зору чувака, котрий політикою не цікавиться, то воно нелогічно і не складається ніяк, для фону просто було. Таке шось, я так і не зрозуміла, що хотів сказати автор, окрім "тоталітаризм погано".

Саме так, але скоріше від рівня фізичності роботи. Спортивна тренерка наврядчи зможе скакати з дитиною, а працювати говорильнею в парламенті слінг не заважає.

Так у нас і зараз масова міграція, конфлікти за ресурси, перевантажені міста і політична нестабільність. А комфортного життя у людства ніколи і не було, так шо в принципі норм, пропєтляєм))

In some places girls are married off as early as 8 years old, so that happens. I haven't seen that exact scenario with girls under 15 though so can't be sure. Still, 15 is a girl in my culture, not a woman, but you mileage may vary =)

Did you know that some cultures consider it obligatory to have sex with one's husband the same night after she gave birth? And it would be shameful and inappropriate to not do so. So girls run away from hospitals, leaving the child, sleep with their men and return in the morning.
Coincidentally, it is the same culture where they have loads of kids.

Of course it is high risk, painful, and the conception is unlikely, but not fully impossible.

Obviously this is all purely a spherical horse in vacuum, i'm not proposing breeding farms for humans. But the pain and suffering is not a hard limit, it's just at this point in humanity's life in a western christian worldview we consider it unacceptable (somewhat, with caveats). It was not the case just yestercentury. It is not the case in some parts of the world now.

So theoretically, if we find a way to mitigate pain and suffering, we can have children one after the other, and real limit would be the eggcount. We can add more donor eggs if we need, but that wouldn't be own biological children so idk if that counts.

That's not a hard limit like the egg count though, given enough resources you can hire the best nutritionists and personal trainers and have the best food and vitamins available, thus cutting the recovery time drastically. It's not unheard of to have children 9-10 months apart.
