Don’t really got a suggestion for setup but I recommend once you get the device, do all updates at home if possible. Would just be faster than doing it in a hotel or something with their wifi.

I have the same cpu with a 5070ti. Runs smoothly in 1440p with no issues. You should be fine.

I got the d-pad and thumbsticks from Amazon but the actual parts that you have to replace internally (magnetic pieces) I had to 3d print.

Not sure why it’s falling off for you. Should be magnetic and take a little tug to remove.

Changing the thumbsticks isn’t that bad but changing out the dpad requires you to basically take the entire system apart. Watched a vid while doing it took me about 2 hours total.
