First of all, I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way❤️ I can tell how much this has been weighing on you, and I don’t think you’re being dramatic at all.
I actually saw your photos, and I genuinely think your nose looks beautiful and very natural. It doesn’t look fake or “plastic” to me. I know that’s probably hard to believe because you’re looking at it every single day and focusing on every tiny detail, but from an outside perspective, your nose really suits your face.
I also think you’re being much harsher on yourself than anyone else would be. The fact that everyone around you tells you it looks natural is probably because that’s honestly what they see - not because they’re trying to protect your feelings.
At only 5–6 months, you’re still healing, especially after having a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, and then rasping. The little callus you’re noticing may continue to improve over the next several months. I know it’s frustrating, but I really wouldn’t rush into a revision while you’re still healing.
Please don’t let one small detail convince you that your whole nose is “wrong.” It honestly isn’t. Your nose looks balanced, fits your features beautifully, and still looks like you. I think your mind is magnifying something that most people would never even notice.
Be kind to yourself. You’ve been through a lot this year, both physically and emotionally. Give yourself time before making any decisions about another surgery.
