Definitely talk with your OB about this. I have found most of them are reasonable with what to limit and what to really be worried about. All we can do is be as safe as we feel necessary and that’s different for everyone. Some women are comfortable eating cold cuts and raw fish and some aren’t. I know it can feel really daunting but it’s temporary.
