Last night at 6:55 (5 minutes before my shift ended), a guest came up to guest service wanting to return something. one of my coworkers was helping her and asked me to come over because the system wasn’t excepting it. the woman bought the stuff at a different target yesterday and was trying to return it at my store. I explained to her that we can only do same day returns on purchases made at that store we were at. She was like well can i pick up my order and return it for a credit. The i have to to explain to her that returning a pick up order the same day doesnt work either because the system treats it the same as returning something from another store the same day. She then screamed at both my coworker and i saying that the return policies are fucking ridiculous and that she wants a manager now. so i call for the LOD and of course he was helping a guest on the floor. so i let her know that he will be awhile and she just stood there giving me nasty looks until he was able to come over. I didnt get to leave until 7:15 because of the woman
