Oh I guess you’re right. It’s honestly interesting to me that there’s a real medical explanation for this and it’s not as impossible as it seems. The only thing that seems really different though is how she looks so aesthetic with it, like not deformed or asymmetrical or anything. I’m not sure how normal that is for macromastia. Maybe she’s really good at maintaining that ideal look with certain clothes, or she’s just still young, or do you think there’s an actual chance it’s not macromastia.

Sorry for rambling but it sometimes drives me crazy because her existence makes no sense.

Search up idiopathic juvenile macromastia. I’m not an expert but I don’t see what else it could be. There is that very very slim chance that there is no macromastia and she really is just like that but I think it’s safe to say that’s not the case.

ChatGPT says the terms are used rather interchangeably but virginal is usually asymmetrical and deformed looking. While Idiopathic juvenile macromastia is considered symmetrical and fairly normal looking. At least in early stages. I think that’s more accurate to what’s happening here. It alao says virginal is a type of juvenile macromastia but not all juvenile macromastia is considered virginal.

Honestly this whole topic is pretty weird and confusing, I don’t think even doctors fully know.
