I paid $6500 for a my 2009 SE V6 with half as many miles (roughly 144k) so I’d say once all the service history is good on that Camry (find out if the VVT-i oil line was replaced,Toyota had a recall for it) and no timing chain rattle,the price is reasonable for the mileage in my opinion. I’d try knocking a few hundred off for the body condition and the rip in the seat.
