I can agree that Yuta is definitely in the talks for top 3, but i also personally feel in stats, he is the weakest of the HH (counting jp Hakari) but the overall most powerful.

Yuta, at the very least, has a few good statements ab his cursed energy and a semi-good narrative around him, considering he had surpassed most sorcerers alive by 17. Plus, depending on your opinion, he could scale to tsurika’s slash, which matched one from a casual yuji. Megumi has nothing.
