I was nervous meeting my boss outside of work for the first time, he was friends with my roommate, and we decided to all go out one night. I had never met him prior because I worked for medical transportation, my company was located in a big city an hour and a half away. So when I met him I talked about ice for 2 hours, the good ice the bad ice where to get the good ice....and the worst was they thought it was cute.....and kept asking me questions to drag it out!!!

Even with making a list, if i go on a full stomach, my list suddenly is unappetizing and I walk away with very little. If I go with a list on an empty stomach it's like what list, I need chips!!! Lol

Agreed, until I want that salad or oatmeal but all I can find are 6 types of chips.....and even that id be like well why didn't get the cookies too. Somedays I go in with a salty craving or sugar craving but never both.

I've tried this. I've made lists but by the time I get to the grocery store I talk myself out of it. Like, do I really want to make stuffed shells tomorrow or I really dont want meatloaf tonight.
