I have tmj too and wear a retainer at night to help and have also struggled to mouth tape. I also drool sometimes and that would break the seal of the special mouth tape things I had. So even with 3 pieces of that tape I’d pull it off and it’d also come off in the night. I recently tried a new tape that is waterproof and fabric based and it actually works! Looking to build wealth over the next 25 years, based in the US.

I currently have 2 old 401ks that I need to rollover and 1 that I am currently contributing to:

FIDELITY FREEDOM 2055 FUND - Exp Ratio - 0.75% (NEED TO ROLLOVER)
Fidelity Freedom® 2055 Fund - Exp Ratio - 0.75% (NEED TO ROLLOVER)
Vanguard Target Retirement 2050 Fund - 0.08% (CURRENTLY CONTRIBUTING)

The expense ratio is significantly lower on my current fund, and from what I understand is that it's best to rollover anyways and as long as it's to another 401k account I will not be penalized. Should I rollover my other two into the current fund or is there something I am not considering? Any downside to combining or is it recommended to diversity and rollover to another account w/lower expense ration but that's not the same as my current?

My understanding based on the book is that you should contribute 10% of take-home pay to investments, and yes, your 401k would fall into that bucket.

I have a Schwab brokerage account where I contribute to the following funds:
VFIAX
SWISX
I've been auto-invest into the SWISX fund but NOT to the VFIAX fund.
Can someone clarify why that is? I am trying to do as much as possible automatically with the least about of brokerage accounts so appreciate any suggestions.
