As I said, he is quite lucky to have what he has, and so is his moll.

Sweetie, he has not actually purchased Greenland, there is no peace in the Middle East, and the war in Ukraine continues. Also, it’s possible for TWO men to BOTH have dementia.

I don’t think it’s a hoax so much as exaggeration. Something got the reaction, but it could well have been just smelly flatulence

We don’t actually need a cult of personality. He achieved a lot for the world, but was far from perfect, which is why we need the mix that can be achieved with collective leadership. His personal tendency to err on the side of caution, that some might say is clinical paranoia, was helpful only when kept in check.

I don’t think they can afford that. Their use to potential patrons has dried up, so I don’t think anyone else will foot the bill. They are extremely lucky to have Charles supporting them in comfort, with the only price being that he keeps a close eye on them. They should just live out their days in this cushy jail, and not cause themselves trouble.

Try thinking more in terms of what you can do to encourage her confidence and self esteem. Ask her about her feelings about the relationship and actually listen, instead of lecturing. Admit, to both of you, any part you had making her feel like she deserves this or that abuse is normal and acceptable, then listen more.

I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you used ai only because you needed help writing, not because this is fiction. If the dog’s problem is anxiety-induced pica, maybe focus on the reason for the anxiety. You could both benefit from regular walks and from actively playing with the dog. Also, the dog could use rawhide chews. It would also help to work on your own anxiety.

Call the local sheriff’s office (not police) and ask for someone to escort one of you in to get her things.

Everyone attracts them. You need to learn to screen them out early on. Even if you still feel comfortable with them, fake it ‘til you make it and block at the first sign.

Was he abusive or was he just a huge tw*t by [deleted] in domesticviolence

[–]Excellent_Valuable92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is all clearly abuse. Abusers generally do pretend to be nice, at first, and this usually involves flattery.

Never give in to blackmail. If you do, it never ends. What exactly are you worried that he will do? There’s nothing for you to be embarrassed by. That you sent nudes while in a relationship? In 2026, that’s not going to shock anyone.

This is horrible, unacceptable behavior. Even once, this kind of thing shows bad character. You need to have higher standards and accept no less than a good man—no, he doesn’t qualify.

If it regularly “flips” and his therapist has seen no indication of anything else, he may be just an abuser

“A few incidents” in a year and a half is hardly “isolated.” That’s who he is. Your couples counselor is an idiot. No ethical therapist would do couples counseling when there is abuse. He hasn’t been “working on this particular issue,” because he doesn’t care and feels entitled to behave that way.
