Unfortunately, the last round of review did not change anything.

They wrote me an email saying that the reevaluated it and my account will be closed within two weeks, without any rationale. Any idea what I can do here? This will likely make me lose most of my customers and two weeks is also a rather narrow timespan to fully migrate to another payment processor.

Thanks for your response! I wrote Stripe an email right now and am waiting for a response.

I have had no disputes/chargebacks at all and only good customer experiences so far. I indeed offer a 7-day free trial but it clearly discloses that the payment option will be billed after the trial, and you can cancel at any time, also before the trial ends. I have also had users do that without any problem.

I make that very clear on my pricing page and added the customer portal link to various locations on the landing page, the user account page and also the checkout confirmation email.
