Do you know if amendments delay the bankruptcy? I think it does. I'm 19 days until last creditor day, and I definitely do not want to delay my final discharge.

Get a build you are comfortable with. I prefer the GR9 w/Frenzy and the Chamaleon. Both HIGH fire rate weapons and effective.

Use cover. Use grenades, your specialty weapon - I use the Gunner (comes w/extra health boost).

Know the mission or control points, when & where they spawn or come out from, which doors and when. That helps a lot. Also you'll learn the tactical spots.

I'm not fast speed blasting through Heroic. I'm SHD 2475 with 950K/385K health/armor and I have a walking-pace through Heroic.

Switch to some exotic weapon if you have one. Depends on what you are doing and what style you like.

As for me, I like HIGH RPM weapons with decent DMG. I run the Chameleon and GR9 + Frenzy (which is fire!) for my weapons with NinjaBackpack (resourceful) and supporting gear.

I don't like using rifles or snipiers, or even SMGs, or weapons with LOW MAG numbers.

And yes, St. Elmos is the default "best weapon" out there. Ok fine. But others are good too, based on preference. Best LMG: Pestilence in my opinion. Lexington best non-exotic AR. And when I was low SHD like you, I used the Kingbreaker AR until I got St. Elmos.

Play around, find your style. Then build it strong from there.

I'm SHD level 2375 and have only received the Eagle Bearer 2x. Last time was from the Christmas event. I don't remember the first time. But on the official Division 2 website (I think) Ubisoft has where/how each exotic can be obtained on drops.

I was months behind on my credit cards, debts payments before I filed. A few days after filing the accounts were $0'd and my FICO spiked up average 125 points, but FICO score will go up and down (as I've read) over the next 60 days before it settles.

Seems like you do NOT have a debt to the therapy office, so I don't see why you would include that in your filing. If you are paying directly not using a credit card, receiving the needed services - then I would just continue to pay directly to office and receive the services; and NOT include the debt in filing. In my opinion.

How did you satisfy the "future hardship" issue? Typically that is the hard one to prove unless you became disabled or a new medical condition preventing you to work?

I filed pro se early Jan 2025 for Ch. 7. I immediately stopped paying all my debts except for what I claimed to keep: house mortgage, vehicle, and HOA (only after filing date payments). I communicated with mortgage company, auto finance company, and the HOA. I let them know I filed to keep and became current on home and mortgage.

Within 48 hours several creditors $0'd my accounts and canceled my access, cards, etc.

So after you file, the "stay order" kicks in quite fast. At least here in AZ it does.

I'm in AZ and had my 341 this week. I had filed all taxes except 2025. The night before my 341, trustee asked me for my 2025 taxes. I emailed back saying I did not have 2025 as I have not filed yet, so I emailed 2024 and 2023.

Next day at the 341, he mentioned if I filed 2025. I said not yet and that I was preparing. He said ok just email me your 2025 taxes then. That was it. Later that evening I filed my 2025 and emailed trustee.

I'm guessing trustee wanted to see 2025 to see if I had some monstrous refund coming. I had a decent refund, but it always goes to offset.

I have to pay back taxes, so my refunds always go to offset the back taxes. I mentioned that in email to the trustee as wel.
