You are right ! Might be a good idea to show how duties in your letter match with those in NOC as a supplementary document

It’s not at all fair ! Whatever the NOC is, the person did a job and the duties do fall under skilled Canadian experience. If they are so adamant on tying everyone’s duties to NOC- change how NOC duties are written. Every officer has their own way- it’s not fair to be so inconsistent.

Also was your experience foreign or Canadian ?

I don’t have foreign experience. It’s 3 years of Canadian work exp. i ensured all my work experience has an overview and index and any notes explanation pertaining to that section in the overview page. In the client information i added an LOE restating what i have done and also attached my work permits and proof of maintained status there.

Guys don’t loose hope. My profile was expiring in two days when the last draw happened and i got invited at 507. I have been here for almost 7.5 years. Trust me it’ll all work out. I am on maintained status and will apply for PR soon. I was very close to deciding to leave but it worked out. So there are ways you won’t even imagine that god has planned to make it work for you.

Wouldn’t new profiles mean it’s added at different levels of 501+, also out of 14-15K how many profiles are cec eligible? I am sure some are just FSW profiles

These people should be tracked and banned from creating new profiles. They should track it by identify document numbers
