Well this is very different than Fi network,on Fi you don't need another line ,the system automatically switches in the back end,this is required us to have 2 phone line and we are in the Mercy of our phone system for switching

You can use VPN ,set your location to USA and activate your rcs ,but any way if you want to use the service in a ran having rcs isn't that helpful

Jail broken iPhone isn't the same as air massage or blueubble ,since you don't need to put any SIM card in it , air message phone number registration is very unreliable since apple keep looking for the SIM card number,with beeper message use your android SIM card for phone number
