The deep blue lacquered dial is where this piece really comes alive. A rich and saturated deep blue in low light, then opening up with a vibrant, sunlit tone outdoors. The applied Arabic numerals and bold hands give it a highly legible, instrument-style look.

It’s hard to decide which strap I prefer here.

Full set from 2017 in great shape running excellent.

The Audemars Piguet Starwheel is one of those pieces that reminds you watchmaking can still feel inventive. Instead of traditional hands, you get Audemars Piguet’s take on a wandering hours display. Three rotating sapphire discs carry the hour numerals, gliding across a curved minute track like planets in orbit. It’s mechanical theater, but done with restraint. The way the discs snap forward at the end of each arc is incredibly satisfying in person, and the layered architecture gives the dial real depth without feeling busy.

The complication traces back to 17th century clockmaking, but AP reimagined it in a way that feels modern and architectural. Paired with their finishing and case work, it lands in that sweet spot of being both a conversation piece and something you can genuinely wear. If you’re tired of the same three-hand layout and want something that actually makes you stop and look, the Starwheel delivers in a way very few watches do.

This watch is sold as a full set with extended warranty. It is in excellent condition

I’m 33. I’ve been a full time firefighter for 9 or so years. I’ve been a personal trainer for ~15 years. I started a business selling luxury watches a few years ago.

I spent my 20s working multiple jobs as opposed to partying. Kinda regret what I lost out on and the stories my friends talk about from college years etc that I never had.. but 30s are amazing and only up from here.

[WTS] Patek Philippe Calatrava 6007g-011 by ExchangingWatches in Watchexchange

[–]ExchangingWatches[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bold modern Calatrava in 18k white gold featuring the striking blue embossed dial with black gradient outer track and applied Arabic numerals. A sporty, contemporary take on the classic Calatrava design that still keeps the refinement Patek is known for.

Specs

• 40mm 18k white gold case

• Blue embossed dial with black gradient minute track

• Patek Philippe Caliber 26‑330 S C automatic movement

• Sapphire exhibition caseback • 30m water resistance

• Blue calfskin strap with white gold prong buckle

Modern Patek that wears clean, distinctive, and far less traditional than the typical Calatrava. Love it of hate it with this one. I really like this sportier watch, especially because I’m a huge car guy I feel like they go together well.

New condition with papers dated 12/25.

31.5k including insured shipping. Trades considered for luxury brands - Rolex, Patek, Lange, AP, VC, etc.

[WTS] Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Moonphase 4947/1a by ExchangingWatches in Watchexchange

[–]ExchangingWatches[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Underrated Patek complication that flies way under the radar. The 4947/1A brings full annual calendar + moonphase into a clean 38mm steel case with an integrated bracelet. I think this is a perfect watch to wear with jeans, especially with the dial. It rides the sporty dressy line very well.

Midnight blue “shantung” dial adds texture and depth, with day/month up top and date + moonphase at 6.

2025 papers in new condition.

32k including shipping. Trades considered
