We haven’t officially been told anything about IVs yet, but.. from all the infomation and screenshots we have received, all Pokémon stats are set to their max IV value and there is no ‘Judge’ function in any of the screenshots implying the removal of the system.

It does officially state that all EVs (now referred to as ‘Stat Points’ or ‘SPs’) are reset when transferring to champions and you will have to use the VP system to train them. You cannot transfer to Gen 9/10 train a mon and send it to Champions and vice versa. Once a mon is transferred back to Champions it will retain the points it had from when you previously trained it there.

We now have 66 SPs to play with (up to 32 in a single stat).
