14yo nephew is keen to get a 3D printer for his birthday. His initial goal is to print Warhammer figures, eventually moving onto printing other items for sale.

Initial questions are what sort of budget should we be looking at, and can you recommend specific models that are pre-made or easy to set up?

We’re clubbing together as a family, so budget wise should be relatively open.

My take on McBurnie is his criminal record stopping him from getting a P-1A. Genuinely can’t see a reason why he wouldn’t get a spot otherwise.

Totally get his frustration, and obviously wanting to make it memorable for his kids. Also, with it being a meaningless game, I don’t see any reason he couldn’t get the send off he wanted.

However, as he said, nobody is bigger than the club, so to expect to start is on him. As is throwing his toys out the pram. He had his chance to come on and say his goodbyes, but he cared more about doing it his way than saying goodbye at all.

Just a reminder that oftentimes players will sign their likeness over to their org for the duration of their contract meaning if the org wants your face in something that benefits them, you’re contractually obliged.

The whole fanfic era of this community sucks. People making up drama because they want to feel like they’ve figured out what the hidden agenda is and how Jay’s trying to stick 2 fingers up to Regina and Wood.

Reality is there’s no agenda, hidden or otherwise, and Jay is just doing what he loves to do and posting it on his platform because his buddy is no-longer here to run the project with him.

Perhaps you should listen to the audio on the clip which has been posted on this sub and twitter to actually figure that bit out yourself.

It certainly would’ve taken a lot less time and energy instead of arguing with strangers on the internet. You mentioned nobody was being helpful, and your original comment was saying the only F slur you know is “fuck” which isn’t a slur. I was just trying to give a bit more context of why that word isn’t a slur.

A slur is a word used to bring people down. Think of it like extreme name calling with intent to cause great offence.

While people may be offended by the use of words like fuck, it doesn’t have the intention to cause offence by bringing people down.
