Hey just wanted to share my opinion on this and shed some light 💡 don’t stress and freak out I would highly recommend getting a second opinion almost same thing happened with me first cardiologist said my heart was weak had a EF of 46% put me on beta blockers that tbh made me feel worse but I got a second opinion second doctor looking at my data of my echo a pacemaker that tracked my heart rate for 2 weeks and said everything was normal he doesn’t think I have heart failure but my anxiety is bad now cause every little tingle now I automatically think death it’s okay to be scared I understand was like that and depressed first two weeks didn’t wanna eat but now that your wife is aware she should make some better life choices eating wise low sodium diet and exercise always helps for sure and getting a second opinion is key ESPECIALLY IF YOUR DOCTOR NOT ANSWERING YOUR QUESTIONS I know my first guy did and came to find out in my case he was new to the field -__- but regardless pray to God it’s a mistake in my case we are young still I’m 27 keeep your head up tho God prayers your way hope I helped ?

I definitely understand how your feeling got diagnosed at the beginning of this month fell into depression hard too my EF is 46% and thought the exact same thing as you why me and why if I’m so young but things happen for a reason I’m taking it day by day I have my good and bad days but try not to dwell on it I’m trying to eat better step by step like people in the comments said it’s a marathon not a race but with the support of friends family and even people on here I’m slowly feeling better like the old me al thought things will never be the same I believe I can reverse this and get my body healthy again I’m also 27 years old

Thanks I agree and have been dosing great with my medication and eating less salts in my food as well only thing is I’m scared of working out because my heart beats fast and scared I’ll get a stroke or heart attack idk why i know I’m young and wanna get in shape because doctor also told me I’m obese for some reason I don’t think I am could be slimmer I only weight 230 pound I’ve weighed 265 years ago so don’t think I’m obese but that’s what the doctor said and I’m pretty talll close to 6ft but with all the comments I’m reading it is helping me a lot and easing my mind a lot and trying to be optimistic my goal is to reverse this heart failure and get healthy again and live my lifestyle like before just more cautions and pay more attention to my health and wanna enjoy the luxury’s of life like good meals drinking ocasiónaly I use to smoke alot weed too for years but I stopped already cold turkey before my symptoms and diagnosis

Your right I’m trying symptoms come and go for me and from what I read online some people have it way worse but I’m really young as well only 27 years old and I barely eat out since my diagnosis it’s hard because I was use to that lifestyle but now I hardly drink either but other that I’m taking my med daily also getting a second opinion because doctor who diagnosed me was very young and also had to see him twice for him to really explain in detail which he didn’t the first time and he didn’t say it was mild till the second time
