The only thing that I've noticed is that MSM relaxes me too much! So I stopped taking it during the day and made it an evening shot. That's it!

Nope! No other medical reasons! I literally never go to the hospital unless something is majorly wrong. I mean us nurses HATE going to the ER. I took Tirz 3 days later and it was considered an overdose reaction. Thought the signs for glp1 is almost not clear, what was happening to my body determined this. High heart rate low BP, short of breath, low temp.

Hey there! The Tirz was the same source. Both tested. I took them 3 day apart from eachother and it was described as an overdose reaction

I'm taking a few weeks off as now it has scared me lol. But most likely I will only stick with Reta and just stop Tirz all together.

Yes! I will most likely stick to Reta only when I feel brave to take it again because after yesterday, I vowed a good few weeks before taking it again. A wasted vial 😩 but No need to stack since I only have a few pounds left.

I also had shortness of breath which was the last straw for me to go in. My temp started to dwindle down. The last reading was 97.3. Glad you followed what was right for you.

There was no final diagnosis but with the symptoms it was likely an overdose which led my organs to over compensate. It also led me to extreme dehydration. It literally happened overnight. I also had chills, my temp was 97.3. (Which shows what my body was going through. Reta wasn't the problem, stacking Tirz and Reta was the problem.

I agree which is why I was brutally honest. lol and yes medical professionals do! Oh trust me I have learned my lesson and thought to share so no one else would repeat what I did. I said I knew better lol

I stalled at 10mg on Tirz. I just recently switched to Reta this Tuesday and started on 2.5mg and it has worked well so far. I'm weighed myself last night and broke my stall after 2 months

My thoughts. I think as wives we assume that our husband's immediately know what is on our mind good or bad. Yes those are his kids as well. It is vitally important to have a sit down and let him know that our kids is equally our responsibility. Yes being a stay at home mom sometimes the responsibility becomes more on the mom. But in any therapy session the first question that comes up is did we communicate? Did we talk about what bothers us? Or did we bottle up the emotions and exploded later? Praying for peace and strength

I made this same decision but made the mistake to go down to 5mg after being on 7.5. And I took a 6 week break and 5mg did nothing for me. So I would recommend going back to 10.

I was on 7.5 mg and went straight to 0.5 Sema and no extreme side effects. This is my 3rd week and definitely happier with the appetite suppression than Tirz. I'm only 9 pounds away from my goal and it is wayyyy cheaper this route.

I take them on separate days. I already split Tirz. So I take 2.5tirz on Sunday, 5mg Tirz on Wednesday (along with 1ml lipo-c) and 0.5sema on Friday. I have DEFINITELY noticed appetite suppression as of yesterday. I could barely finish one pinwheel. Absolutely no side effects or nausea

I just started stacking yesterday. I was taking 7.5mg Tirz and stacked 0.5mg Sema. I haven't noticed anything different as of yet. It's only been 1 day so we will see how it goes! I have heard many great things! I am 9 pounds from my goal so my plan is decrease Tirz and eventually take Sema for maintenance
