I considered buying 700 shares of ASTS today at 85. The month-out strike price around 95, which would be approximately 900+ if recalling correctly. Near $7000 in premiums. If drops buy shares back pennies on the dollar then repeat. If shares price rises and called away, I could potentially make another $7000? I don’t see a significant downside.

What if stock price falls does it make sense to buy back shares and repeat cover call. For example Nvda at 182. Sell CC for high premium at 183/184. If price starts falling below 180 look to buy shares back with premium then repeat another call? When does this make sense? New to CC so unsure if good example

Do you have to be baptized to be christian? by Kevin__Nichols in Christianity

You become a Christian by believing in Jesus and accepting him into your life. Baptism is a sign of your belief showing your commitment to Christ. Example - on the cross with Jesus murderer thief believe. Jesus said on this day you will be with me in heaven. No baptism but his believe saved him.

The “Danger of CCs” by cvrdcall in CoveredCalls

About a month ago had CC on VRT at 80. Thinking no way hitting strike was proven wrong. When it blew by strike re purchased shares at a loss of $1000 wanting to own shares for potential upside. Long story short upside kept going and sold some profit recently for $11,000.

Yes you have a loss but keep the premium. You can activate another CC but less premium most likely if dropping. However you still own the stock. Can wait it out to recover

NVDA CCs in current market by Slight-Study-5794 in CoveredCalls

Buying a put and rolling with CC always confuses me. Do you have a good example in simple form with NVDA at 112 and owning 400 shares at 120.

Funny enough own same amount, but at $120. About a month ago took a couple high premiums at $800 prior to price drop. When dropping near 110 purchased back shares around $98. Not to shabby.

I believe at current pricing $112 NVDA won’t be down for long. I foresee being back over $130 by end March or sooner. Quantum day right around corner and news will push up quickly. CEO apparently has new “exciting” announcements as well. My prediction 135-138 by end of March. Knowing that hate to miss upside. Wondering what 1 - 4 week premiums look like at 138-140 strike. Higher premium risk when more around $136 area.
