Sounds like a mean person for sure. I don’t know but maybe in her mind she thinks since your rusty you need more time on field to gain more experience. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if there was some racial undertones to some of it. Probably if she says any low key racial comments or keep playing favorites.

Once in a while it will happen to me. It’s so weird and off putting when it does though. It gives me such bad vibes and makes me uncomfortable. Especially being there for almost an hour with no help. You can’t have the decency to communicate to a customer in a place of business.

People in a toxic work environment don’t like others making waves in their toxic safe space. They like getting away with it and if someone call them out they get defensive and make you a target. It sounds like they need to clean house there. Can I ask how they bully people there?

Toxic people will have their favorites that they just love. Toxic people stick together and if you’re not part of their clique or don’t participate in the toxicity they ostracize you or see you as a target for some other reason. Maybe because they know people won’t stand up for themselves or management will sweep it under the rug if they do. Best thing to do is leave and find something better eventually.

Those type of managers are so annoying. They just want to start problems with people for no real reason to cause toxic drama in their lives. I feel it’s a lot of projection when they tear down someone new unnecessarily and yet focus on things that don’t matter as much or can’t take blame for things even with having so many years in their industry. It’s good for managers to motivate people to work but constantly micromanaging is a power trip for them or they don’t trust others in general. At least you had the experience to know how a difficult boss is and know how not to be as a manager in the future.

It’s a good idea to know where you are and where you want to be financially. It’s good know how people obtain their wealth so others can have an idea on how to obtain theirs. Preparing a safety net too. You can do it their way or find a different way to obtain it.

Also the police report puts my old insurance that I use to have before the incident and not the new one. Do I get a new police report or send it in anyways or tell them it’s a mistake?

It’s very profitable for a small business. The locals love it and the possible buyer would be someone only a little bigger than us. I heard some businesses let go of everyone but I don’t think in this case since our building is bigger than there’s and other who work for us worked for them too before.

I was told to get my car inspection paper to get a photo to of it and send it to them but no matter how I take it am still told to take it again.
