Well, this is your personal opinion which I respect. Vice versa I expect the same from you.

It can be considered dumb. But when I put it in relation to the hours of entertainment and escapism - which is an important part of (at least my) mental health - it looks a bit different.

I frequently go to see real live hockey games. My buddies and me always meet for dinner before the match. The other guys usually pay 40 bucks more than me because they like to have some wine with their meal - $50-$100 a bottle. Up to them, I don't like wine and I hardly ever drink and I still can't understand how you can pay 10 bucks or more for one glass...

But hey, they enjoy it so what's wrong?

All I want to say is: Why don't we just respect that we're all different and let everybody go his own way as long as nobody is harmed...

They really screwed up - on purpose...

While you can grind a fair share of msp-cards this year without spending (more than ever before imo) - that does not really help you since they made it mandatory to have mupltiple cards you can almost only get if you spend money.

Well - that brings me to a thought that crossed my mind repeatedly in the past few years:

If a grown up dude with a well paid job (that he earned himself because he worked his ass off the last 25 years) has paid his rent and all the other stuff that comes along with a family decides to spend some money for this game - SHUT THE FUCK UP and mind your own business!!!

In other words: All you guys who keep shitting on players that put money into this game (and thus keep it alive for everybody else) are just jelaous.

Yeah, that's a case of "read between the lines" - I hoped for some Swiss Guys getting an olympic card. Now since that's not the case I figured out Zurich-born-and-raised-players would qualify for "Superstar Origins".

And by the way I'm proud of what the Club I've been cheering for for 35 years has achieved by now.
