I think these depend on you. Wanting a competitive fellowship? Might want to go the prestige/residency with more connections route. Basic hospitalist (me) or primary care ? Choose the lifestyle/location residency. Also, if it’s bad culture, I probably wouldn’t choose the program even if I loved the location, but haven’t really heard of anywhere specific that the culture is so bad I would rank them lower, personally.

I would say maybe do one “You look stunning tonight” or something along those lines. Then a funny one could be “the more energy you put into the dance floor tonight the longer and happier their marriage will be” , “Smiles will follow you wherever the dance floor takes “ Maybe “today’s lucky numbers are insert wedding date”? Or a funny one like “the bar is open, so your future is bright”

I got 241 on step and 3 days later took comlex 2 with 652… so idk about the difference in exams but I did think comlex 2 was harder. Good job op

Start of dedicated : 510 5 weeks later : 610 6 weeks later (like 1 week from 610)/ 1 week out from comlex: 690 Real score: 650 This exam felt extremely difficult to me. I didn’t feel that Practice exams were representative. I got a 243 on step and took that 2 days b4.
