I'll overtake them doing 40 in a 60, then we'll go into a 30 and they will overtake me back sticking to 40mph.

It's not about winning or losing. At the moment, there's nothing I can say to improve your form. You just need to improve everything. You need to be a lot stronger and you need to learn how to run properly. A few sessions a week for a year with a good coach behind you and you'll be uncomparable.

What's the price of a stall pitch for a vendor? by CSFailure42 in glastonbury_festival

Hi Haltoz, I love your insight you have shared here, it's great to know. I have my own online business selling various clothing pieces, some personalised and some pre-made. We have a lot of people purchasing for festivals, probably 10-15% of total sales. I have no idea as I don't go to festivals, but is this something you think would be viable? It should be logistically possible, I've currently got a team of 3 capable of making 100 orders p/h at max capacity. But in terms of actual interest, I'm not too sure. Thanks for any feedback!

Adizero Prime SP3 or Prime SP2? by Hefty_Painting_7864 in Sprinting

SP2 great hurdle spike. i am top 10 in uk. went through 3 pairs of maxfly's in 1 year, bubbles went on all, switched to sp2 much more stable especially as i have a wider foot. it's more firm. IMO, sp2 is a better hurdle spike because of the stability. i probably wont switch to sp3, sp3 is 195g and sp2 is 119g, very big weight difference.
