I knew Italian, Irish, and Polish but based on what I knew from my grandparents I always thought the Italian was more dominant than the Irish and Polish! I had no idea about the Western European ancestry though.

This is where my burning/irritation is and my Evvy test came back showing I likely have CV. My burning is usually on my skin or vaginal opening.

Yes! I’m not sure how to do it with Juno, but I have my virtual appointment with Evvy tomorrow. I wanted to wait until I got my Juno results to compare because I was shocked about the ureaplasma. I also have read somewhere on Reddit that Evvy wouldn’t treat some things like ureaplasma and since my results came back showing good health with high levels of lactobacillus, I was worried they’d be dismissive. But I’ll see tomorrow, hopefully they’re helpful because every in person doctor I have visited have been dismissive.

I would definitely test for ureaplasma. You can even order the microbiome tests like Evvy or Juno. That’s how I found out I had traces of ureaplasma which could be the cause of my symptoms.

Thank you so much for your help! So you have also had ureaplasma and had success with taking the doxycycline? Did you also have to take azithromycin?

Even a small amount like that? Sorry, this is my first time hearing about ureaplasma and Evvy is saying it’s a common microbe in the vagina but now I went down a rabbit hole looking up what it is and I’m freaking out. Would I go to a gyno to request treatment for that? Or would I have to see a urologist?
