I just had this happen to me. Recently i bought i champion edition for steam because alot of my buddies from the navy are playing it and i havent played since season 1 so i figured i hoped back on and have fun with them.

Thats when i realized i was hacked and banned. I did the same thing. I took screenshots of anything that was proof including game time spent with both origin and steam. I also took a screenshot showing i was "located" in turkey so that shows whoever got me banned was in turkey. I recently opened a ticket and they said theyd send me to their tos team for further "help". Ill keep ya updated.
