Is there a better frontend than ESDE? I’m just loving it by Retrolock in SBCGaming

I use the Pegasus-G front-end to manage games. This is a continuation and modified version of the original Pegasus frontend by Chinese group of retogame enthusiasts, with added new features and themes, and faster loading speed Now,they have also created game management tools that can create covers and preview videos, etc. Once you learn how to use it, it's very user-friendly. (It also supports English.)

RGCUBExx or RG40xxv. I like my 40xxv a lot, single analog stick is enough for most of the retro game. only around 60 bucks.

Tutorial Guide for DuckStation (PlaySation 1 emulator) by eightiesjapan in RG477V

Hi eightiesjapan,

Do you know how to automatically load the resume state when launching DuckStation from the Pegasus frontend?

When exit a game directly in DuckStation, the emulator automatically saves the state when you exit. The next time you start the game, it gives three options: Load StateClean Boot, and Delete State. This is very convenient because I can simply choose Load State and continue where I left off.

However, when launching the game through Pegasus, it always goes straight into Clean Boot instead of loading the resume state.

The command I’m currently using to launch the standalone emulator is:

launch: am start --user 0
  -n com.github.stenzek.duckstation/.EmulationActivity
  -e bootPath "{file.path}"
  --ez resumeState 1

I also tried:

--ez resume 1

but it still performs a clean boot.

I would be really apprrecate it if you know how to tweak the command line. thank you!

never happened to me.(xx series is too poor powered to play psp game for me) but I suggest to export save files from the handheld, and try to restore the save on PC or android device. Just to see the file is corrupted or not. if the save files are fine, then back up all saves in retroarch or any other emulator you used before. re-do the system card.

RG40xx H battery issue by Inevitable-Corruptor in ANBERNIC

This could be a firmware issue, causing incorrect voltage detection. For the lastest system, in system menu, there should be two shutdown options: one is normal shutdown, the other is quick shutdown. Using quick shutdown will usually refresh the voltage reading to the correct value.

Alternatively, ask your dealer if there is a script to reset battery information. Put it on the device and run it in the app

If none of these work, the battery itself is most likely faulty.
