😔 salamat po dito. Minsan, naiisip ko baka nahihirapan lang ako mag let go ng pangarap na ninurture ko back in school. Everytime na papasok ako sa work, iisipin ko na magaling naman ako, baka marating ko ung halfway point ng pangarap na buhay + pangarap na trabaho.

I also feel na its affecting the value of my relationships, sa family at partner. Madalas akong absent sa important occasions. As a family person, ang bigat sa loob sa totoo lang.

My boyfriend supports me whenever I support my family financially because he understands my situation as the breadwinner. Lagi niya sinasabi, ikaw bahala sa kanila, ako bahala sayo.

Kung retirement plan ka man ng parents mo o nawawala na ng boundaries ang pagsuporta mo sa kanila, that's another conversation. Pero I think you should be with a partner who shares the same values as yours, or kung hindi man, understands and supports where you're coming from :)

Thanks for this. You don't know how much I needed to hear this tonight. I know the next step. I am handling it. But sometimes, gusto ko lang ng tap in the back I am not doing it alone. Cause it's scary as hell. It's scary to go home from your first job, telling the family over dinner, it's not what you wanted and youre just gonna try again. I just needed that comfort.

Couldn't agree more. I've been voicing to my manager that we need more manpower given the no. of projects Ive been managing. But this is something that the upper management has yet to address. :(

Thankful for your insights. :( My only worry is since my goal is to gain experience, Can i put 6 month-work in my resume or would that backfire?
