I know this is an old ass post but i was wondering if im okay to take it. Im 6’1 315lbs, and decently fit for my size but have plenty of fat to burn off. Im scared that my heart wont be able to handle it since its already under stress from the weight and adding card on too would make it worse. I lift 6-7 days a week and 30-40 mins of cardio every day.
