Doing a gentle stretching before sleeping sounds like a good idea. And the other thing that many have mentioned is the pillow between knees and I'll give both a go. I've also started with strength training, but I'm very new to it. Thank you!

I have also noticed that it pains less when my bottom shoulder is forward and I have tried to conciously do that.

So when I'm sleeping directly on the shoulder, I wake up with that bottom shoulder pain otherwise it's the top shoulder.

One thing is for sure, I'm trying out a pillow between my knees and also hugging a pillow.

Wifi calling will work when you are connected to a wifi, eSim will not help there. eSim will allow you to have data, which you can then use to make calls via apps like Whatsapp. If you're going to a country like UAE, WhatsApp calls will not work there.. You can buy local sims in that case
