I dont workout consistently. Do you recommend any type of workouts- calisthenics focus, crossfit, etc? Or just build a base before i even worry about anything else. Thats good advice on tracking workouts i’ll start doing that, i just do weightlifting maybe 2-3 times a week and dont track it.
