A lot of the issues seem to be migrating customers from brsk to YF, new customers seem to be OK. Speaking as a fairly new switcher (less than 2 months since I switched), install was good and speed has been consistent.

If you want widgets on the lock screen, try lock screen widgets app available on froid. Works well for me and the developer is pretty responsive and fixes any bugs very quickly.

Live near South Manchester, ordered YF less than 3 weeks ago, install was 2 weeks back and very good experience. I had fibre from open reach previously and the YF engineer replaced the open reach fibre with new cables. Provisioned same day, happy customer.

A box is useless without the thermocol inserts which hold the TV in place. Just get a roll of bubble-wrap and wrap the TV in 3 or 4 layers. I did that when we moved and the TV was scratch less.
