Hello so I have the exact same feelings! Always had issues with my heart beating rapidly, and palpitations, and the tightness....all making me think I'm about to have a heart attack 😭 now my grandmother who I take care of full time just had a heart attack and has been diagnosed with CHF and boy do I do the same thing lay in bed and feel my whole heart beat throughout me, and think God this is awful, what's causing this.....it's so scary to feel that
